Meet our Staff

Guy Scalzi • CEO

Guy has 30 years of healthcare expertise and focuses on strategic planning. Guy began his career as a hospital administrator and went on to co-found DataEase International, a software company. He also served as CIO at New York Presbyterian Hospital, The New York/Cornell Medical Center, and the Hospital for Joint Diseases, at NYU Medical Center. Guy also served as a Principal at Aspen Advisors and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of FCG’s Outsourcing Services division. Guy is an expert on information systems planning and governance and published "IT Governance in Hospitals and Health Systems", the HIMSS Book of the Month in November 2014.

Ram Mani • Senior Project Manager

Ram has over 15 years of healthcare experience, and leads Vantari’s project management team. Ram has led implementations in the United States, Canada, and Internationally, and has extensive experience in the delivery of applications and technology services in the healthcare sector, as well as gap analysis, business process re-engineering, systems integrated testing, and IT planning.

Vivek Rao • Business and Legal Affairs

Vivek oversees and coordinates all aspects of finance, accounting, legal and regulatory affairs at Vantari. Vivek received his JD from the UCLA School of Law, where he is currently completing his MBA, and his bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
